Tina has over 20 years experience in the dental industry. She provides general supervision of all business aspects of the practice. Her knowledge, analytical experience and management skills have proven to be valuable assets in the efficient scheduling of patients and in facilitating optimal patient care. Her management style, insurance knowledge and work ethic have enabled her to achieve admirable industry objectives. One of the things we admire most about Tina is her compassion toward our patients. She has a very pleasant temperament, an indelible smile and has a special way of making our patients feel welcomed and comfortable.

As our Insurance Coordinator, Roseanne handles all aspects of insurance claims and patient billing.  Roseanne helps patients by taking the confusion out of working with their dental carriers.  Advances in the dental field have brought so many changes to insurance contracts that patients find it difficult to keep up with all the new rules and regulations.  Roseanne is a conscientious advocate for our patients.  She is also witty and very personable.  Roseanne has been in the dental field since 1978 and in our office since 1999.

With over 35 years experience in her profession, Nancy is our most “seasoned” hygienist.  Initially, she was a dental assistant and then earned her dental hygiene degree at Middlesex College.  Before long she took it on the road.  She lived in Manhattan, State College, Pennsylvania, and Greenwich, Connecticut. And lived overseas for an adventure of a lifetime both personally and professionally in Switzerland. Patients appreciate her thorough and gentle touch.  Nancy has been working with Dr. Nichols since returning to New Jersey in 2005. She resides in Wall with her sweetheart Vic and her three pampered kitties and plans on staying put.  She will attest that there’s no place like home!

A fastidious worker with a great sense of humor and charming personality, Sandra is admired by both staff and patients.  She received her Associates Degree in Applied Science- Dental Hygiene in 1998, and also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  She was raised in Bergen County New Jersey and currently resides in Ocean County.  Sandra is married with two children and lots of animals.  She has been with us since 2005.

With the highest honors and numerous awards, Anna graduated in 1998 from Middlesex County College as a Registered Dental Hygienist.  She has been with our practice ever since.  She received additional training in instrumentation at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  Her greatest attribute is helping patients overcome their fear of the dental chair with her gentle, caring and friendly nature.  Anna is married to Steve and has three children and a Jack Russell Terrier.

Diane graduated from the Dental Hygiene School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  She brings with her the knowledge and confidence of twenty-seven years of dental hygiene experience acquired while working in general, periodontal and pediatric offices.  Diane has worked for us on a per diem basis for the past eleven years and has been permanently employed here since 2006.  She tries her best to make everyone feel at ease when in her chair and truly cares about the oral and physical health of all her patients.

Energetic and dynamic are the words that best describe Bobbi.  She has been with us since 1998 and a dental assistant since 1989.  Bobbi has a strong affinity for cosmetic dentistry and enjoys helping patients attain a great smile.  Her friendly and extroverted nature contributes to a fun and relaxing office environment.  She lives with her husband Kerry and their dog Jezebel on a beautiful horse farm in Howell.

Cathy has been a dental assistant for more than 20 years. She enjoys creating a beautiful smile for our patients while improving their self-confidence. She makes sure our patients always feel comfortable and relaxed. She treats all patients with gentleness and kindness. She received her Registered Dental Assisting Certificate at UMDNJ. She resides in Brick, is married and has three sons.

Barbara has been with Dr. Nichols since 2003, assisting with patients and ordering supplies.  She also oversees the sterilization area making sure everything is prepared for our dental operations A graduate of Ocean County Vocational Technical School; Barbara has been in the dental field since 1995.  She enjoys helping the doctor with cosmetic cases and is known for her sincerity and gentleness.  Barbara is married to A.J. and has two children, Matthew and Michael.

Magda’s effervescent personality and compassionate chairside assisting is sure to make your dental experience a pleasant one. She has her Associates Degree from Michigan University and is a graduate of Shore Academy Dental Assisting with her radiology license. She has over seven years of experience and has been with our office since 2005.  Magda is very proficient at taking digital x-rays and maintaining our sophisticated equipment.
